What a wonderful and busy March!

I attended the Middletown Area Chamber of Commerce annual B2B Expo at St. Anne’s Episcopal School. Where local businesses and eateries got to showcase what they do.
I was able to advocate my platform by meeting and talking with local area businesses about the concerns for small business and the importance of community involvement.
I was honored to meet a few fellow small business advocates such as Natalie Hall a Business Development Specialist with SBA (Small Business Administration) and Sher Valenzuela who is running for Lieutenant Governor and is a businesswoman who wants to create jobs while also making education a priority in return making Delaware's economy improve.
It was exciting to have the opportunity to express my passion for how important each and every business there is vital to the improvement of our local economy.

Made an appearance with my great friend Miss Delaware Galaxy 2012 Carrie Bledsoe at the Everett Meredith Middle School Vendor Blender.
This event was held to benefit the school’s Parent Teacher Association. The money raised at the fair will go towards the EMMS PTA to purchase a variety of things for the school, including enclosed bulletin boards for the hallway, library furniture, E-books and textbooks.
The money will also be used to fund author visits, transportation for those participating in the Special Olympics, breakfast and luncheons for teachers during conferences and 8th grade monetary awards.
There were more than 50 vendors in attendance and they had about 550-600 people come out and give their support. Wal-Mart had a kids crafts area and there was a moon bounce and face painting for all the children to enjoy.
